CO-LIVING IN THE CITY OF ATHENS
Τhe rapid pace of concentration of people in large urban centers is creating day by day new housing needs. Co-living is a new form of co-existence under the same roof with a variety of diffrent people mainly unknown to each other. A combination of factors has led to interest in this type of living space, including a lack of housing opportunities, the cost of independent accommodation and raising finance to purchase etc.
This project is a proposal to reuse a building block in the center of Athens to serve housing needs.
Residents of co-living spaces typically range between the ages of 19 and 40 years and they are mostly employees, entrepreneurs, or students. A
single room occupancy offers to the residents an individual space in a shared property. According to these we proposed the following structure:

Ground Floor: there is the main entrance and the reception. The rest of the space's uses remain as they were before (local stores, offices, markets, etc)

Typical Floor: includes bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, library, living rooms, gym, storage.
